Hope everyone is staying safe with all the wild spring weather. Last weekend my parents ended up spending about 2 hours in the basement of a restaurant. The storms just kept following the same line. Luckily nothing to bad hit where they were, but a few miles west a tornado did drop in Creston and do lots of damage.

And now welan is attacking the east with lots of snow.

Glad your folks are safe. You gotta give welan points for persistence! Nothing too bad here, just several warm, sunny days followed by several cool, rainy days. Grass and weeds growing inches per day, pollen's really thick, hay fever is driving me crazy. Hard to read the monitor through watery eyes.

So far I've only had to mow twice, but it is about ready for a 3rd. Maybe Thursday night. Supposed to rain tomorrow. My allergies went on full attack after the first mowing. Thankfully the Claritin knock off seems to be doing a decent job.

it's nice Claritin works for you. Doesn't do a thing for me. I was using Afrin, Sudafed (50% O.D.) and Benadryl, and was still miserable. Saw the doctor yesterday for a routine checkup and he gave me a Rx for corticosteroid nasal spray. It takes a few days to work, so I'm waiting to see if it does any good. We had a shower or two overnight that seemed to help, so today's not as bad.

I hate those nasal sprays but they do help.
